OUR OYSTER’S JOURNEY

Oyster “seed” are produced in Holdfast’s hatchery in San Pedro before entering nursery systems in Morro Bay and eventually onto oyster lines until they're ready to harvest. These are the only oysters produced entirely in Southern-Central California and help enhance the marine ecosystem as they grow!

We're also one of the only producers that grows clams in California, and we support a number of projects that focus on restoration, conservation and innovation for the seafood industry.
